The College of Medicine Signs a Cooperation Agreement with the Egyptian Ministry of Environment

On Wednesday, January 1, 2025, the College of Medicine signed a cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Ministry of Environment as part of the activities of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector. The signing ceremony was led by Professor Dr. Nihad Al-Mahboub, President of the University, Dean of the College of Medicine, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suad Kafafi University Hospital. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Dr. Ali Abu Senna , Head of the Environmental Affairs Agency at the Ministry.

The agreement includes providing training and educational opportunities for the college and university students in community and environmental service, and the college’s commitment to continuous expansion in community and environmental service and fieldwork in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Environment. During the signing ceremony, both parties exchanged ways to deepen cooperation and the efforts of the college and university to integrate community and environmental service activities into the educational process and on the university campus. The University President concluded the ceremony by presenting Dr. Ali Abu Senna with the university shield, expressing the university’s appreciation for the ongoing and fruitful cooperation with the ministry.
